beeps, accompanied by flashing red LED lights, indicating the presence of
dangerous carbon monoxide levels. A chirp every 30 seconds signals a low
battery, ensuring continuous functionality.
For your peace of mind, the Test/Reset button allows easy verification of the
unit's electronics and operational status. Additionally, the alarm memory
feature provides a comprehensive history if the unit ever alarms, displaying
the peak alarm level on the LCD screen.
This detector comes equipped with green and red LED lights to indicate normal
operation and alarm status. The green LED flashes periodically, assuring
proper functionality, while the red LED pulsates and triggers a loud alarm
pattern when detecting hazardous CO levels.
The carbon monoxide alarm pattern is distinct: 4 short beeps, followed by 5
seconds of silence, then 4 short beeps with a corresponding red LED flash.
This cycle repeats for 4 minutes and then shifts to one cycle every minute
until the device is reset or the CO threat is eliminated.
